The seating chart card carries out the following functions:
1. Adding Students: Pull down menu "Teacher" and choose item "Add a student." You will be prompted to provide the student's name and his spot on the seating chart. His or her cards will be configured automatically.
2. Deleting Students: The process is similar to adding students. While the deletion is done automatically (you are prompted for the student's name), you must edit the seating chart to remove the student from it.
3. Adding class assignments: Choose menu item "Add assignment" from the "Teacher" menu. You are then prompted to choose both the name of the assignment and the number of points it is worth. Please be sure and match the name of the assignment in the grade book to the assignment name in the lesson plan book in order to ensure proper functioning of the "print missing assignments" feature.
